The National Transaction Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, settlement agents, underwriters, and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role requires a strong understanding of national title and settlement practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple transactions across jurisdictions while maintaining outstanding client service.

This position represents an excellent long-term opportunity for a growth-oriented candidate. The company is well established and looking to expand its footprint. • Coordinate funding and post-closing activities, including recording and policy issuance.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized transaction files.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, underwriter requirements, and applicable state-specific closing practices.

• Deliver a high level of customer service while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
