JOB PURPOSE:Perform functions that include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Preparing and completing orders for delivery according to schedule. This includes packing, wrapping, labeling, loading and shipping.Shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks and check in merchandiseUses forklift, pallet jacks, ladders, and other material handling & warehouse equipmentReceives, and verifies paper work and quantity for incoming raw materials into the stockroom locationsPerform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.Assist in performing physical kitting and transactional issues for production work ordersPerforms all other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Required:High School Diploma3-5 years of work experience in a warehouse environmentFamiliar with most logistic carriers within the US and OverseasAbility to lift heavy objectsCurrent forklift licenseGood communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skillsAbility to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standardsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsComputer skills within a manufacturing environmentResponsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures.WORKING CONDITIONS:Works under immediate supervision. This position requires moderate lifting 10 - 50 pounds occasional lifting and moving of more than 100 pounds.
